Udayakantha on the move again
Director Udayakantha Warnasuriyas of ‘Gini Avi Saha Gini Keli’‘Rajya Sevaya Pinisai’, ‘Yakada Pihatu’ fame has started working on his tenth directorial venture ‘Ran Diya Dahara’.

In his latest work Mr. Warnasuriya has teamed up with producer Neil Ranjith Palliyaguru who is making his debut.

‘Randiyadahara’ will have a star cast representing artistes of several decades. Some of them are Geetha Kumarasinghe, Kamal Addararachchi, Tony Ranasinghe, Jackson Anthony, Sanath Gunathilake, Jeewan Kumaratunge, Mahendra Perera, Henry Jayasena, Anula Karunaratne, Udula Dabare, Buddika Jayaratne and Milton Jayawardena.

Shooting is scheduled for fifty days in the locations in and around Colombo, Divulapitiya and Diyatalawa. Meanwhile Udayakantha’s last direction ‘Diya Yata Gindara’ which is in its postproduction stage, is scheduled to be released in March next year.
