The morning heat waves will continue though followed by evening
rain or thunderstorms till the southwest monsoon season in May,
said Meteorology Chief D.H.P. Dharmaratne said yesterday.
He said the sun would be crossing the equator and be right above
Sri Lanka next month, making the weather progressively hotter but
evening rain would provide some cooling effect. |
