After the tsunami a chance to showcase their work

'Paramparaven', an event that showcases the lacework of the tsunami-hit Beeralu community of Mirissa will be held at the main Ballroom of the Galle Face Hotel on November 25 from 9.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. A fashion show, exhibition, mask dancing as well as the chance to see the traditional craft in practice by the women with their beeralu cushions will be some of the highlights of the event.
