Sewing machines for tsunami victims

The German Dharmaduta Society in collaboration with the Berlin Vihara (also known as Das Buddhistische Haus situated in Frohnau, Berlin) will hand over six sewing machines to victims of the tsunami disaster, at a ceremony at the auditorium of the Pradeshiya Sabha, Balapitiya at 2 p.m. on December 26.

The recipients have been drawn from Balapitiya, Kosgoda, Ambalangoda and Pitabaddara ( Matara District).
