Bang-(g)alore for Aerosmith

Rock music is there to live forever, they say. Unfortunately Sri Lanka is not avenue for most of the top rock bands in the world. But India is certainly the closest venue for all Sri Lankan rock fans.

The greatest American rock band of all time Aerosmith will come alive in Bangalore on June 2. Aerosmith with more than 100 million albums sold and three decades of rock n' roll will perform live at the Bangalore Palace Grounds. They will be in India after performing in Dubai on May 31 as a part of their World Tour 2007.

SriLankan Airlines offers a tour package for all Aerosmith fans to travel up to Bangalore to be apart of this concert. The package includes return economy class airfare, two nights /three days hotel accommodation in deluxe rooms with breakfast, return airport transfers, all applicable taxes, Concert ticket equaling to Sri Lanka Rs 4500/- (front row standing).

The package ranges from Rs 27, 999/- to 41, 999/- depending the individual selection of hotels. This includes Grand Inn - three stars, St Marks - four star and Grand Mc Garth - four stars.
