Lanka Commodity Brokers renovates hospital

Lanka Commodity Brokers Ltd, under its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, is assisting the Deniyaya District Hospital to completely renovate Ward No.4.

W. Jinadasa, President of the Hospital Development Committee, of the Deniyaya District Hospital, was recently given a sponsorship cheque by Sarath Sirisena, Director/ CEO of LCBL, in Colombo. The upgrading of Ward No.4 will involve laying tiles, construction of new bath rooms and toilets, plastering the walls and painting, among other necessary repairs to the ceiling and roof.

Sirisena, in a press release, said LCBL had a wide clientele of tea factory owners from Deniyaya and therefore the company gladly considered the request of Jinadasa to assist in this project.
