Lanka ORIX Securities dominates in branches

Lanka ORIX Securities was ranked No. 1 in terms of turnover among the 10 stock brokers at the Negombo Branch of the Stock Exchange in the first month of operations in August 2007.

“Our principal aim is to provide clients in this economically important district, a thorough knowledge about fundamental and technical analysis so that they can make above average returns," said Sanjeewa Perera, Head of Negombo Branch of Lanka ORIX Securities.

In a press release, Lanka ORIX Securities said it obtained the highest rank in terms of turnover among stock broking firms in the Kandy Branch and the Kurunegala Branch of the Stock Exchange in 2006 and 2007 to date. “We intend to continue our strategy of opening branches in the future in order to reach the potential investor masses,” said Tushan Wickramasinghe, Managing Director of Lanka ORIX Securites.
