Sikuru Hathe celebrates 50 days at Cinemax, Ja ela

Giriraj Kaushalya's maiden film ‘Sikuru Hathe’ is to celebrate its 50 days successful screening with the participation of artistes at the Cinemax cinema, Ja-ela. Special screening had been organised on October 6, the fiftieth day of the release at Ja-ela where a large number of the cast is to join the filmgoers with a special promotion.

"Unlike in the other productions, even after the completion of the film the artistes have joined together to promote it and see its success," Susil Jayasekara, spokesman for the New Imperial Talkies said. He invited film lovers to join 'Sikuru Hathe' cast at 7 pm show on October 6.

New Imperial Talkies, well known film distributor's maiden production, the film had made a record collection of Rs. 26 millions for 31 days. Screened in 25 cinemas the film had been watched by nearly 300,000 patrons.
