Sri Lankan design succeeds in Sentosa Island project

A design from Sri Lankan architect Dhananjana Ameresekere for the last and largest condominium project, comprising 8 Towers, called Pinnacle Collection, on Sentosa Island, Singapore, was last week selected as the winning design among many other competitors.
The panel comprises representatives of the Singapore Urban Redevelopment Authority, Singapore Institute of Architecture, and the National University of Singapore’s School of Design and Environment. Ameresekere, 32, is attached to Singapore-based Architects 61 Ltd as a Design Architect and is working on several major projects. He graduated with honours in Architecture and Economics from the prestigious Yale University and did his Masters Degree in Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania. |
