Driving customers away!

Recently I went to the Liberty Plaza shopping complex and parked my car in their parking lot. I returned after one and a half hours and to my utter horror was charged Rs. 80 as parking fees. I was told that they charge Rs. 40 an hour which is unreasonable. I suggest that they charge Rs. 40 for the first hour and Rs. 20 for the subsequent hours.

Because of this high parking fee I vowed that I would not visit the place again. This is a typical case of bad business practice.
