Seminar on managing employee performance

Emsolve Consultants is organizing a half day seminar on January 29 at Galle Face Hotel Colombo on how to manage employee performance.

Dinesh Weerakkody Managing Director, Cornucopia Lanka Ltd and former Human Resource Director of GlaxoSmithKline Sri Lanka, will conduct the seminar.

The organizers of the seminar say that a good Performance Management System (PMS) helps to measure the way employees in a company work and also to evaluate their performance against agreed SMART objectives and that PMS at its core is driven by the gap between where your organization is at present and where it wants to be in the future.

Weerakkody will facilitate the discussion and the panel will comprise Ishan Dantanrayana, Director Human Resources - Virtusa, Ms Nuzliya Fousdeen, Human Resources Head - Tigo, and C. Hewapattini, Head of Human Resources - Nations Trust Bank.
