Not wires but suicide jackets

Two suicide jackets (C4) weighing two kilograms were found in Mabola in Wattala yesterday morning after civil security officers checked a bag belonging to a suspicious person.

The suspect, from the Eastern province was caught by civil security officers after he had started running on being spotted by an eye witness. When the officers questioned the suspect, he said he was carrying a bag full of wires
