BoC’s 300th branch in Jaffna

The Bank of Ceylon (BOC), despite the war and uncertainty in the north, opened its 300th on-line branch in Kayts in Jaffna on Monday. The Kayts branch is a fully fledged station, providing both individuals as well as large and small corporate customers with the entire range of services available at BoC’s main branches, the bank said.

This newest addition to the BoC’s extensive islandwide on-line branch network brings the Bank very close to realising its overall plan of establishing 1000 online service points of ATMs, branch extension offices, POS and customer reach points throughout Sri Lanka, by year end.
