‘Jeewithaya Lassanai’ shows 350th episode

‘Jeewithaya Lassanai’ minplay telecast all five weekdays shows its 350th episode on Monday, March 31 (tomorrow) at 7.30 pm on Swarnavahini. Scripted by six writers, teledrama ‘Jeewithaya Lassanai’ is the first Sri Lankan production which was telecast all five week days.

Speaking on its long journey director Ravindra Wijeyratne said that the main aim of the producer was to share a good message with society rather than earning money and to follow meaningful themes.

‘With the teleplay a number of amateur actors and actresses were introduced to the miniplay and they have already received good recognition’ the director said.

The teledrama stars Irangani Serasinghe, Somasiri Alakolanga, Kusum Perera, Jagath Chamila, Lahiru Mudalige, Gayan Wickrematilake, Niroshan Wijeytilake, Nadeesha Alahapperuma, Malani Weeramuni, Umayangana Wickramasinghe, Deepani Silva, Danushka Ratnayake, Janak Premalal, Sampath Sri Rohana, Alfred Perera, Ayomi Shanika, Wijeyratne Warakagoda and Tharanga Dissanayake. The scriptwriters for the teledrama are Gayan Kavinda, Asanka Nanayakkara, Anoma Wijeywardena, Chathura Adhikari, Suneth Warnasuriya and Lal Wasantha. Production manager is Tharanga Dissanayake and media co-ordinator is H. M. Sugath Sisira.
