The 14th Annual General Meeting of the Sri Lanka – Australia – New Zealand Business Council of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce was held on 21 August, 2009 in Colombo.

Sumithra Gunasekara, who has been the President of the Council since 2008 was re-elected as the President of the Council for the year 2009/2010 and Senaka Silva - Saraa OS Leather, Ms. Ramya Perera - Infotechs Ltd, Mark Francis - Malship (Ceylon) Ltd and Lionel D. Silva - Lidechsi (Pvt) Ltd were elected as Vice Presidents of the Council, respectively.

The following were elected to the Committee - Abans Ltd, AG International (Pvt) Ltd, Asia Pacific Golf Courses Ltd, Dart Global Logistics (Pvt) Ltd, Green Earth Group, Glolan International (Pvt) Ltd, Fonterra Brands (Pvt) Ltd, John Keells Holdings PLC, Mega Pharma (Pvt) Ltd, Prestige Foods Lanka (Pvt) Ltd and Westmann Engineering Company (Pvt) Ltd.
