'Exchange and Leadership Development Summit 2010 - Sri Lanka'

This two-day residential conference attracts over two hundred energetic, aspiring and action oriented local and international undergraduates and facilitates their development to become talented citizens of tomorrow.

The first day of the conference will be open for undergraduates from all the universities in Sri Lanka, who are interested in getting to know what AIESEC is. Special skills development sessions are organized which will help to develop soft skills of the local undergraduates. Sessions on Teamwork, Leadership, General Etiquette and Personal Branding will be given by prominent speakers in the country.

JXLDS '10 will be held on June 5 and 6 2010 at the HelpAge International Training Centre in Boralesgamuwa. Check-in for the conference will start at 6.00 a.m. and the Opening Ceremony will be at 8.00 a.m.
