OPA annual sessions on Oct 1 and 2

The Organisation of Professional Associations will be conducting its 23rd annual sessions on October 1 and 2 at Hotel Taj Samudra.

Discussions are to be held under the theme ‘Vision 2020: The Way Forward’, covering governance, development, human resources and health.

The inauguration ceremony will be held on October 1 followed by the technical session on the 2nd.
Prof. A.D.V. de S. Indraratne, the OPA Chairman said that the outcomes of the technical sessions will be presented to the Government for consideration in the form of recommendations.

He said the recommendations of last year's annual sessions, too were presented to the Government.
