Therefore as a result of keeping up with the pace he will compare his horizon with his plan of success, as achieving and attaining 'EXCELLENCE' is in the backdrop of every individual's horizon
If we look around these days we are sure to see a lot of programs that have to do with leadership skills, emerging & going back to their own horizons. In fact, we also see a lot of instruction, and advices being given to young executives who have just entered the business field, so as future business leaders it is the need of the hour for young professionals to learn how to go about into greater things through their present day learnings.

However, in the present it is a clear fact that a individuals output is not only measured through his performance, direction & stability also plays a vital role.

Once a wise man said that direction, stability are interconnected through 'EXCELLENCE'.
As a group which is aspiring, the group of 2000 of Zahira College, Colombo will use 'EXCELLENCE' or 'I ECCELLENZA' as their theme for an event which will spark the fusion & excellence intact in an aspiring individual.

The motive behind this ground breaking is to give a new dimension to professional development, by creating a platform which will comprise the helm of our society,
It is said that true leaders are rare! This is because the combination of skills, personality and ambition is essential in leadership, and these are difficult to develop and exhibit.

The high tea event will take place on Saturday, 5th February 2011 from 4.00 pm to 8.30 pm at Atrium Lobby of Cinnamon Grand. The ticket has been priced at Rs.2200/= per person.
Below personalities will share their thoughts and experience on the subject.

Mr. Ranjith Page ,
Who's the main driver of Cargills' phenomenal growth &, its present day Managing Director of the Ceylon Theatres Plc (CT), the holding company for many of its subsidiaries and associates including Cargills Plc.

Mr. Kishu Gomes ,
Currently holds multiple positions. He is the Country Chairman for Chevron's Sri Lanka business operations and heads Chevron Lubricants Lanka Plc, and Chevron Ceylon Limited (a fully owned Chevron company). He is responsible for the Chevron's Global Lubricants business in Bangladesh and the Maldives. Under Kishu's leadership the company made a successful market entry into Bangladesh
Mr. Dian Gomes,
a Sri Lankan entrepreneur and corporate executive. The current Managing Director/CEO of MAS Intimates (Pvt) Ltd and Slimline (pvt) Ltd which is a subsidiary of MAS Holdings of which he is a Group Director. He is also a leading businesses figure in the islands large apparel industry as well as the mercantile sector.

Mr. Santhush Weeraman,
A classically trained vocalist and keyboard player, Santhush Weeraman is the emotional pulse behind the music of BnS which turned into being one of the most popular music brands in our country.
Will be with us at 'I ECCELLENZA 11', and sharing their success stories in order to build and bridge the gap between our energetic and lethargic.

So Individuals who come from different walks of life will get a unique opportunity on how to improve their undertakings.
