Horizon Campus held its Inauguration ceremony on January 28 in the presence of the Minister of Higher Education, S.B. Dissanayake. The project will see the amalgamation of the Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) and iNurture (The Education Solutions Provider) with Horizon Campus to give students an overseas education experience in the home soil in Malabe.
The British Council Sri Lanka Country Director, Tony Reilly, stressed that the recent decision taken by the House of Commons on December 9 2010 to increase tuition fees for universities in England only relates to students from UK and other EU countries.
