World-class qualification in Aviation & Hotel Management with a guaranteed career in Domestic and International Market

Sri Lanka being a blessed country is witnessing a peaceful environment, ever since the end of war. The figures show in the year 2010, tourist arrival in Sri Lanka has grown 3 times as compared to the figures of 2009, and this trend will be continued when we look at how Sri Lanka is now marketed in Global Travel Market.

The government is strengthening the economy with some remarkable efforts to promote Sri Lanka as an international platform, which means that in the years to come, there will be a lot of travellers coming to Sri Lanka for leisure and business. This pace of development in the Tourism sector is a sign of great opportunity for the youth of the country to be a part of this booming industry for their professional growth.

The young talent of Sri Lanka need to acquire the skills which are most needed to be a part of this ever growing industry, as there is a huge demand for trained manpower in Aviation, Travel and the Hotel sector. In order to meet these demands ASPIRE- AN INTERNATIONAL TALENT DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE has taken an initiative to train the youth in the field of Aviation, Hotels and Travel & Tourism. It is evident that high demand for trained manpower will offer more possibilities, for example, Emirates Airline, Dubai's flagship carrier, plans to hire 4,000 cabin crew over the 2011/2012 financial year to keep pace with its rapid expansion as Emirates has an existing fleet of 151 planes with a further 200 on order, including 120 Airbus A380 super jumbos.
