Project Management comes to Kandy
One day interactive workshop @ Queen's Hotel

Institute of Professional and Skills Development {IPSD] brings you the highly interactive Workshop For those who are searching for project management excellence and improving profitability in the organisation, the Institute of Professional & Skills Development, a PMI Colombo Chapter Authorized Training Centre is committed to bring you the latest in Project Management and take you to a higher level with world-class Project Management Practices.

Projects can be successful due to many reasons. However, the success of a project manager or success of an organisation cannot be measured by a one-time success. It has to happen continuously. One time success can be achieved by any project manager in projects where we get lucky with a comfortable budget, a time frame, or clearly defined requirements. However, it will not guarantee you the success in the next project.

The best Project Managers are the ones who manage projects within the strict constraints, and limited resources. They manage both technical and human aspects of the project with well balanced skills, and deliver the projects according to the agreed requirements.

This One Day Workshop will be conducted by Project Management Institute - PMI USA certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Mr. Aruna Kooragamage. He counts over 12 years of PM experience and is the Secretary and Vice President of Project Management Institute (USA) Sri Lanka Chapter. This course is developed for strategic and operational level leaders (executives / officials/ contractors / small & medium business leaders) of different industries to gain knowledge of project management concepts to perform high level leadership activities. The duration of this course is one day, to make it convenient for busy Private / Govt. Officials.

This course will help participants to understand the activities of project and project management functions. For further details of the workshop please call Lakshitha Reginald on 077 3727025.
