“We at Nivasie, from the planning stage onwards to the completion, provide the utmost consideration to the environment, even when selecting the construction material as well. In a majority of instances our Engineers at ICC select environmentally friendly materials, for a healthier living whilst ensuring that we preserve the nature as well. All our projects are asbestos free, timber free (except for doors), we use our own cellular blocks, whereby hazardous is not caused to the nature by burning of bricks. Solar power is used for hot water and we keep provision for rainwater harvesting. Also, houses are designed in a manner whereby daylight as well as air could be utilized to the maximum so the consumption of electricity could be reduced.

The company also has developed mechanisms in which it has effectively reduced the carbon footprint and thereby creating carbon credit. Sustainability is now seen as the key factor in any business, and in the future only organizations that make sustainability a goal will achieve the competitive advantage. That means rethinking business models as well as products, technologies and processes”, added Mr. Gonsal.

The welcoming Club Victoria Resort is a fully equipped restaurant situated in the same premises of the Victoria Range of Bungalows, catering the very best of food menus which range from eastern to western cuisine for its residents as well as its visitors. This further heightens the entertainment experience one can enjoy at Victoria Range.
