Innovative Google Technologies to boost businesses: an FCCISL and Google Joint Exercise

The Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka (FCCISL) is organising a Seminar and Executive Forum on "Innovative Google Technologies to Boost up Your Business" under the theme, "Working Without Boundaries".

The event is enhanced with resource persons from Google South East Asia. This event will be held on Wednesday, 16th May at Hotel Galadari, Colombo and Thursday, 17th May at the Plant Genetic Resource Centre, Kandy, the FCCISL said.

Speakers from Google include Ms. Jana Levene, Emerging Market Development Consultant, South East Asia, Ms. Aileen Apolo, Head of Outreach, Southeast Asia and Dushyant Sapre, Enterprise Sales Manager, South Asia. Other speakers include Clehan Pulle, Director / CEO Finetech, Enterprise Partner and Authorized Reseller as well as prominent figures within the industry who will participate as panelists. Associate Implementation Partners include Finetech Solutions Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, the Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Central Province and the FCCISL Chamber Academy Kandy.
The objectives are to provide extensive education on Google products, demonstrate how these products can help to launch, run and optimize business as well as increase productivity and inspire the captains of businesses to explore innovative business trends, the local chamber said.

The programme is suitable for business users, CEOs, CIOs, IT Managers, Online Marketers, Media Agencies, Journalists, Business Service Providers and anybody who is passionate about working without boundaries and exploring how new technologies and trends can change their business.
The speakers will discuss Google products, including Search and Display advertising, Mobile advertising, YouTube, Google+, Chrome, Google Maps and Google Apps. Topics will include how to improve ROI, increase reach and awareness and drive more traffic to your website as well as the impact of the internet on emerging South and South East Asian markets.
