‘Ape Kema’ by Chef Pubilis with oriental music
View(s):The Mount Lavinia Hotel has launched a new dinner-time experience every Sunday night with ‘Ape Kema’ by Chef Pubilis along with oriental musical night.
‘WE Dining’ or in actual sense Ape Kema with Chef Pubilis exalts culture and the vibe of dazzling Sri Lanka in mouthwatering tastes. 1st of July diners will not only taste delicacies from the culinary legend Chef Pubilis, but experience first hand the vibrant voices of Sanath Nandasiri, T M Jayaratne, Ishaq Begg and much more to the music of veteran Manoj Peiris and his oriental band.
The menu is inspired by the local ingredients of Sri Lanka and served degustation style complimented with live oriental music by Manoj Pieris- a significant name in the oriental music arena of Sri Lanka. The entrance is priced at Rs 2475/- per person.
