Rupavahini highlights ‘Ranaviru Real Star’
View(s):The highlights of the grand finale of Ranaviru Real Star Mission II, where Sri Lanka Army’s young female soldier Ayomi Perera was crowned as champion will be telecast at 10.20 pm on Saturday July 21 on Rupavahini channel.
The programme is to show the highlights of the colourful evening of that was broadcast live on Rupavahini from 6.30 pm onwards on July 6 from Sugathadasa stadium, Colombo.
Out of five finalists Ayomi Perera became the proud owner of a brand new two story house worth Rs. 17 million, while the runner up Gayan Arunapriya of the Sri Lanka Navy received a car worth Rs. 2 million. Lance Corporal Kishan Dumindaraj of the Sri Lanka Army who won the third place winner, received a cash prize of Rs. one million Rupees while the other two finalists Sergeant Asela Manukulasuriya of the Sri Lanka Army and Imali Anuruddhika of the Sri Lanka Air Force received Rs. five hundred thousand each
President Mahinda Rajapaksa and First Lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa were chief guests in the show organized by the Ministry of Defence in partnership with Dialog Axiata PLC.
