English language workshop at G/Udugama Maha Vidyalaya in Galle
View(s):Five British teachers headed by John Hayer, conducted a Practical English Training Camp for 112 students of G/Udugama Maha Vidyalaya in Galle recently.
English was taught through music, sports and other activities and students were also treated to a typical western-style meal at Green Garden Hotel to teach them dining etiquette.
The workshop, organized by the English Teachers’ Panel comprising Yasarathna Kariyawasam, R.D.C. Jayawardena and A. Sanath Sathischandra of Udugama M.V., was held under the guidance of Principal Kumar Jayawardena.
