St. James Church celebrates 140th anniversary
View(s):St. James Church, Mutwal will celebrate its 140th anniversary today, with High Mass being conducted by Very Rev. Fr. Anthony Fernandopulle; (Episcopal Vicar-Colombo South) at 8.30 a.m.
At 6 p.m. the statue of St. James will be taken in a procession along the streets of the parish concluding with the final blessings by Rt. Rev. Dr. Maxwell Silva (Auxiliary Bishop of Colombo).
