Deputy Minister visits CINEC
View(s):The Deputy Minister of Child Protection & Women’s Affairs Muhammad Hizbullah made an official visit to CINEC recently. The Deputy Minister was warmly welcomed by Capt. Ajith Peiris – Group Managing Director of the Ceyline Group of Companies along with the Senior Academics of the Campus. The purpose of the visit was to have a personal check on the training facilities available and meet the Management and staff of CINEC.
After a tour of the Campus, the Deputy Minister held a discussion with the Management and Senior Academics of CINEC which was focused on opening a new training center in Batticaloa to help train the youth in the area.
The Deputy Minister was most impressed with the modern state-of-the-art training facilities and the Academic Staff of CINEC Campus. During the discussion, Capt. Ajith Peiris gave a detailed explanation about the campus infrastructure and the study programmes conducted. Capt. Peiris stated that it was a great honour and privilege to receive the Deputy Minister at CINEC campus and looked forward to strong ties to serve the youth of the Batticaloa district in the future.
CINEC Campus has set a stellar example for other similar campuses, which has resulted in a growth in demand for providing international education. This has been achieved by placing students at the centre of all its plans and by developing its strengths, placing teaching and learning as the top priority.
