Cantaloupe Aqua featured in UK’s Sunday Times
View(s):Cantaloupe Aqua, a private hotel and Beach Club in Talpe, Galle was recently featured in the UK?s Sunday Times Travel Magazine as one of the top 50 ?Unbelievable Hotels Under £100?. Named among some of the top hotels around the world, Cantaloupe Aqua was the only Sri Lankan hotel to make it into the top 50.
The Sunday Times is the No 1 paper read by 46% of all Sunday newspaper readers in the UK – which equals to 3.2 million people. Published by Times Newspapers Ltd, a subsidiary of News International, The Sunday Times is in turn owned by News Corporation.
‘We were the only Sri Lankan hotel to make it to the Sunday Times top 50 unbelievable hotels around the world under £100. This has further motivated Cantaloupe Villas to speed up its expansion drive and offer a niche product to the world tourism market. Our long term aim is to open up Sri Lanka to a new generation and niche of tourists not previously catered to by other hotel operators.
