Maria Fonseka passes away
View(s):Maria Fonseka, mother of Wijeya Newspapers Ltd’s Assistant General Manager (Circulation) Rohan Fonseka, passed away on Friday. She is also the mother of photographer Upali Fonseka and nine other children.
Her remains are lying at 19/6, Thelangapatha Road, Wattala. Cortege leaves residence at 3.00 p.m. today and the burial will take place at the Roman Catholic Burial Grounds in Wattala.
