Full of joy and a lot of fun,
August has thirty-one days,
Which are the happiest school holidays.
August is such a windy month,
A nice season of kites so fun,
Holidays of summer here they come,
Nice weather I’m here to welcome.
August means a lot of happiness,
At least for us who’re in school,
When August ends
Oh! It’s so sad,
For another August
I’m waiting with
gladness.
