Master Chef Bai Ping presents, eight varieties of noodles depicting almost each famous region of China. Among the choices are Dan Dan Noodles with Chicken and Ya Chai, Sichuan Style Noodle Salad – a mixture of Glass Noodles and shredded cucumber and papaya, Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup and Sea food Chow Mein.
