John Keells Hotels Management Services cruised to an easy two wicket win over Mackinnons American Express Travels in the TTSC Annual 30th six-a-side cricket final played recently at Thurstan College ground.
After restricting Mackinnons American Express Travels to 52 for two wickets in their allotted overs, John Keells Hotels Management Services hit off the required runs with both openers unbeaten to register a five wicket win.
Of the five special awards that were up for grabs, Samith Fernando of John Keells Management Services walked off with three of them – Most number of sixes, man of the tournament and man of the final. The best bowlers award was picked up by Janudhika Sriyapala of Cinnamon Grand, while the best batsman was Dilshan Witharana of Mackinnons American Express Travels.
