Persionality Development with A. W. Institution
View(s):The inauguration of the A. W. institution of Training and Etiquette was held at the Galadari Hotel recently.
The head table was distinguished by Deputy General Manager Mr. Mangala Randeniya of the Sri Lankan Foreign Employment Bureau, Anusha Withanage, Managing Director of A. W. Institution of Training and Etiquette, Lalith Rajapakse, Deputy Principal of International hotel School Mount Lavinia Hotel, and Amal Nanayakkara, training Manager of Aitken Spence Hotels.
Managing Director of AWI, Anusha Withanage explained that she had been a hotelier for many years, and that her institution is engaged in building and developing people up in mental Happiness and Etiquette.
She further said that teaching English communication, as a personality grooming and developing skills is a key area in the AWI.
AWI is currently engaged with 4 Arpico Super stores and Mas Holdings in Katunayake, and had seen the improvement in the free trade zone mentality conditions after training. Also, she said that her next step is to meet up with head of the three forces and go into the rural camps, as the war was over and the battle front personalities needed guidance to move with the civilians, and to know that they are treasured valuable people.
