De Lanerolle Brothers join in with Sanga for a cause
View(s):The De Lanerolle Brothers together with Kumar Sangakkara will come together for a cause on November 14 at the Water’s Edge Grand Ballroom for an evening of music and hope.
Through the event the trio hopes to raise funds for the Deaf & Blind School, with whom the brothers have worked closely since their childhood and Kumar’s Bikes for Life Campaign-an initiative that aims to provide sustainable transport for children in the North and East.
The concert will feature the brothers alongside Rohan De Silva, who will fly in from New York for a special guest appearance. Expect to be serenaded with hits from the 60’s and the 70’s, and an address by Kumar on the work they’ve accomplished so far.
Tickets for the event, priced at Rs 5000, 3000, 2000 and 1000 will be made available from the 14th of October at the Commons, Park Street Mews and The Waters Edge. Visit ‘The Delanerolle Brothers’ on Facebook for the box plan.
