Wishes from Ranil to the Lankan team
View(s):Opposition and the United National Party leader Ranil Wickremesinghe has wished the Sri Lankan team well for their ICC T-20 cricket championship final against the West Indies this evening.
In his letter to the Sri Lanka Cricket Captain Mahela Jayawardena, Mr. Wickremesinghe said, “I wish all the best and the necessary strength for today’s endeavour. The path with a set plan and dedication that you took so far is commendable. I hope you will follow the same wisdom and the aptitude and win the championship this evening.” “Please convey my wishes to the rest of the team too”
