SIP Academy Sri Lanka successfully conducts Kellogg’s ‘ SIP PRODIGY 2012’

Badulla Malwane, Kandy,Monaragala and Negombo competed on Abacus, Brain Gym and Mental Arithmetic skills
Columbo 7th October 2012: SIP Academy Sri Lanka Pvt Ltd successfully conducted the 8th National ‘SIP Prodigy 2012’ here on Sunday, the 7th October, 2012. Over 600 children in the age group between 7 to 12 years from 21 SIP Learning Centres representing Colombo,Gampola, Kathakuddy, Badulla Malwane, Kandy,Monaragala and Negambo participated in the event.
SIP Academy Sri Lanka has conducted the 1st International Abacus, Brain Gym & Mental Arithmetic Competition in Sri Lanka at Columbo in December 2007
“The students were tested on their concentration, confidence, intelligence, speed and accuracy. “ Our 8th Competition in Sri Lanka has enthused us. It is heartening to see the competitive spirit amongst these children and their self-confidence. Essential for life” Dinesh-Victor M.D. SIP India/ Sri Lanka quoted.
The Chief Guest Dr. Faiz Marikkar, giving away the prizes and said that parents should concentrate more on educating their children and Abacus is a very good programme to enhance your children to do better in their studies as this programme helps to develop the Children’s memory and concentration.
Mr. Hashim Omar Director ITN was the Guest of Honour, Menon, Head of Programme Delivery SIP Academy India, & Rishard Raheem Country Manger Sri Lanka gave away the prizes for the winners.
