‘Senasuru Maaruwa’ begins

‘Senasuru Maaruwa’, starring Channa Perera, Sheshadri Priyasad and Buddhika Jayaratne in the lead roles, now being screened at Liberty cinema Colombo and other EAP circuit cinemas.

To a story written by late Tissa Abeysekera, the film directed by Udayakantha Warnasuriya narrates around two businessmen who had a business transaction that leads to a number of conflicts.

Others in the cast are Lucky Dias, Nadeeka Gunasekara, Kanthi Lanka, Indika Ginige, Tharique Raheem, Nimal Anthony, Dhanawardena Guruge, Ajith Weerasinghe, Tyronne Michael, Senaka Wijesinghe, Sampath Jayaweera, Ranjith Rubasinghe Panduka Sri Dayan and Sudesh Wasantha Peiries.

Cinematographed by K. D. Dayananda, edited by Praveen Jayaratne, art directed by Welagedara Ranasinghe, make up by Wasantha Vittachchi, costume designed by Shanthi Warnasuriya and production manager is Deepthi Weerasuriya.
