Sri Lankan IT company Duo Software recently won a gold and a silver for its DuoSubscribe product at the locally-held National Best Quality Software Awards (NBQSA) 2012, according to a media statement by the IT company. Further indicated, the company received gold in the “Infrastructure Tools & Apps” category, while also being awarded silver, overall, for all categories.

The media statement also stated that “DuoSubscribe is a solution that runs on Duo’s core platform which provides Subscriber Management and Billing, Customer Lifecycle Management, and Contact Centre Management solutions to corporations in highly competitive industries… DuoSubscribe has the world’s fastest billing system for the Pay TV industry”.

In addition, it was also noted that “DuoSubscribe also integrates with its comprehensive contact centres solution which has been successfully deployed in diverse industries, including Airlines, Banking and Insurance.

Being one of the pioneers in the market, Duo Software flourishing on the domain knowledge and technical expertise acquired along the years, has continued to grow from strength to strength through product innovation”.

Meanwhile, according to Muhunthan Canagey, the company’s Chief Executive; “The recognition of our product and being presented with the Gold award for DuoSubscribe will no doubt further encourage our research and development teams to still better themselves, whilst serving to widen our customer base”.
