PJ Group Founder and Chairman Prasanna W Jayewardene is planning three Integrated Golf Links, Recreation, Hotel, Housing Projects in the North, East and South at a cost of Rs 40 billion, the PJ Group said this week in a media release.

It works out to approximately US$100 million per project and though not a small undertaking, Mr Jayewardene feels it is within the company’s and the country’s scope (to undertake a project of this nature). The land has been sourced and approvals are being now sought from relevant authorities for all three projects,” according to Amara Galagoda, Chief Executive of the company.
