Monash College is a wholly owned subsidiary of Monash University and provides a direct pathway to Monash University. Monash College programs in Colombo offer both local and international students accredited Monash University Foundation Year and Undergraduate Diploma programs.
O/Level Entry
Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY) is an equivalent qualification to A/Levels and Australian Year 12. On completion of the one year Foundation programme with the required pass rates, students can get admission into the full range of undergraduate degrees at Monash University and all other Australian universities. MUFY is a university-designed programme specifically intended for students entering university. Under the MUFY programme students can select a tailor-made programme based on their future study area and carer plans. Destination study streams available under MUFY are Business, Engineering, Science, IT, Arts and Law.
A/Level Entry
Students can start the Monash College Diploma in Sri Lanka and upon completion obtain direct entry into the second year of Monash University selected degrees in the faculties of Business and Economics or Engineering. There is a range of specializations including Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Economics, E-business, International Business, Banking & Finance under the Business stream and Chemical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering under the Engineering stream. Programs are offered at campuses in Australia, Malaysia or South Africa.
