Scottish- born Academic Director, Associate Professor Julie Ross, leads a team of global and regional lecturers – specializing in their respective design fields of Fashion, Fashion Marketing and Management, Multimedia Design, Interior Design, Jewellery Design and Visual Communication. Julie was promoted from Programme Director of 3D Design at Raffles Singapore to Academic Director at Colombo in July 2010.

The academic team includes Programme Co-ordinator for Multimedia Design and Visual Communication – Mr.Nathan Ober from the USA, Ms. Andreea Lonhardt- Fashion Design Lecturer, from Romania; Mr. Keith Andrew from England, Jewellery Design Lecturer and Sri Lankan-born internationally acclaimed fashion designer, Dinesh Chandrasena.
