Festive cheer with joyous Christmas Carols at Galle Face Hotel

It was during this time that many carol singers could be seen going from house to house singing the new songs of that time period, such as ‘O Little Town of Bethlehem’, O ‘Come all ye Faithful’, and ‘Away in a Manger’.
The Galle Face Hotel Colombo has made elaborate plans for a wonderful evening of Christmas Carols which will be held on Friday, 21st December at the Patio. The revellers could listen to all time favourite Christmas classics brought to life by popular ‘Choro Calibre’ and ‘Metho Cantanty Choir’ during the evening.
Some of the most popular Christmas Carols like Away in a manger is always the first carol that children are taught.
Away in a manger was originally published in 1885, Hark the Herald Angels sing, Joy to the World – The world’s popular Christmas Carol which is based on Psalm 98 in the Bible, Once in Royal David’s city and Silent night will be sung by the Choristers on 21st December at the Patio.
A delicious and a mouth-watering snack buffet with seasonal favorites will be on offer during Carols at the Patio for all guests. It is priced at Rs. 900 nett per person. Santa Clause will distribute sweets for kiddies.
