Nineteen year old Upeksha Kumari created history in television industry by becoming the very first grand two million winner of the popular ‘Sirasa Lakshapathy’- ‘Are you the Millionaire’ programme.

Upeksha Kumari was a year 2012 A/L student at De Mazenod College, Kandana, who sailed through the questions much easily to reach the target of two million rupee jackpot at the end of the fifteenth question at the season 4 of the ‘Sirasa Lakshapathy’ conducted by Chandana Suriyabandara.
