Malaysia Education Exhibition 2013 an extremely successful event
View(s):Malaysia Education Exhibition 2013 was attended by a large number students and parents and was a tremendous success. The exhibition was declared opened by the Malaysian High Commissioner His Excellency Azmi Zainuddin in the presence of a large gathering of distinguished guests and well wishers.
There were a large no of prospective students and parents who visited the exhibition and expressed their complete satisfaction at being able to meet with many representatives from all the top private education providers in Malaysia. All visitors spoke of the exhibition approvingly as they were able to get firsthand, reliable and factual information.
The exhibition was organized by Malaysian Education Center @ International Scholar 
which is a joint operation between International Scholar Educational Services (Pvt) Ltd (ISES) and Winning Magnitude Malaysia. The event was supported by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia and endorsed by the Sri Lanka Malaysia Business Council (SLMBC) and The Malaysian High Commission in Sri Lanka.
CEO of ISES, Keerthi Jayasuriya stated that the event opens new avenues for those students who are seeking to reach their higher educational goals. He added that Malaysia is a very good alternative for these students when all factors of studying overseas such as the cost, culture, weather and the flexibility in choosing majors are considered.
A student who applied to a reputed university at the exhibition told us “I was able to get admission to a good university at the event and as I have got 2A’s and 1B for my A/L, also I was able to get a scholarship worth 35% of the tuition fee. I feel this is the best place to get firsthand information on higher education overseas and every student thinking of overseas higher education must attend this event”. With similar expressions of satisfaction uttered by many students it can confidently be stated that the objectives of the exhibitions were achieved.
