MTI launches Sri Lanka HR Managers Survey 2013

MTI HRM Solutions has announced the launch of the MTI HR Mangers Survey 2013.

The survey will include interviews with Heads of Human Resource Management from a 100 leading organizations in Sri Lanka. The survey was launched in preparation for the MTI HR Forum where leaders and experts in HRM will come together to tackle some of the challenges and opportunities facing the Human Resource Management function, according to a MTI release.

“The MTI HR Managers Survey will capture the specific challenges that confront Heads of HRM and CEOs. It will also highlight the changing trends in HRM practices and how it is being adopted in organizations in Sri Lanka in comparison to international best practices”, said Ms. Niyanthini Kadirgamar, Associate Consultant for MTI HRM Solutions.
