Jacques shines in the Philippines

Jacques Gunawardene, a Grade 9 student of Lyceum International School Nugegoda, was placed third at the annual Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) Asia Motocross Championship, which was held recently in the Philippines.
Jacques became the first Sri Lankan rider to achieve this at a FIM contest. His achievement was recognized by the officials at the Ministry of Sports in Sri Lanka. Here Jacques is seen with Sports Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage.
