Austrian travel magazine features Sri Lanka
View(s):Urlaub!, a travel magazine launched by MME Austria Ltd, a public relations and media firm based in Vienna, features Sri Lanka in its cover page with a caption ‘A couple of pieces of paradise’, a media release issued by the Sri Lanka Embassy in Vienna stated.
The magazine priced at Euro 3 per copy is intended for potential tourists from Austria as well as other German speaking travellers in the region, the release said.
It said the magazine carries two articles in German language highlighting the hilltops of Sri Lanka with a focus on ‘tea tourism’ and the diversity of wild life, special attractions for tourists from Austria. Urlaub! means ‘Holiday ‘ in German.
A copy of the inaugural issue was handed over to Ambassador A.L.A. Azeez at the Sri Lanka Mission in Vienna this week by its publisher Mario Magrini.
