Sinhaputhra Finance installs first car/goods lift outside Colombo

and entertainment venue for both Sinhaputhra customers and outside hires. The 4,500 square foot roof top venue affords panoramic views of the city of Kandy. During the day the hills that surround Kandy come into dominant focus, whilst at night the lights of the city and the homes on the hills of Kandy add sparkle to the venue.
“The management hopes to offer the venue at very reasonable prices for weddings, corporate events, education fairs, theater performances, exhibitions, charity sales etc, in the near future. The goods lift easily transports all required equipment and up to 30 people at a time. The area is also served through 3 stairways, and 2 customer lifts and access is through the main building. The management proposes to encourage evening and night functions as well as functions during weekends until the separate entrance is established,” a company statement said.
