SLIC launches Motor Plus loyalty rewards
View(s):“Loyal customers don’t just tell friends to do business with you, they insist that they do business with you,” asserted Ainsley Alles, Chief Officer (General Insurance) of Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation (SLIC) at the launch of SLIC’s Motor Plus Loyalty Rewards scheme held recently in Colombo.
The scheme, officials said, is a tribute to the more than 300,000 comprehensive motor insurance policy holders of SLIC. SLIC has partnered with various brands enabling loyal Motor Plus customers to enjoy extensive discounts at the country’s key commodity and service stories, greatly improving their shopping experience.
Memoranda of Understanding between SLIC and the partner organizations of the loyalty scheme were exchanged at the launch in the presence of Mohan De Alwis, Managing Director of SLIC.
The partners of the loyalty scheme include the likes of Kingsbury Hotel, Cinnamon and Chaya Hotel chains,Senok Aviation, Michelin Tyres and Gallery Boutique, to name a few.
Speaking at the event, Mr. De Alwis stated that “SLIC has provided services to the fullest satisfaction of our customers and continues to be the market leader in both general insurance and motor insurance.”
Mr. Alwis further went on to say that “the scheme will reward all those who have been with us and placed trust in us” and extended his appreciation for “the goodwill of all the partner organizations that have come forward”
Earlier Mr. Alles paid tribute to SLIC’s position as the leading provider of insurance services in Sri Lanka stating that “we are the leader in the industry on both turnover and profitability and that the growth of the industry itself depends on SLIC”. (SP)
